Oilcure Lemon essential oil is used in aromatherapy, diffuser and for cleaning stains on wooden furniture. Its ability to treat skin disorders, hair conditions, stress disorders, fever, infections, asthma, obesity, insomnia, stomach problems, and fatigue. It has stimulating, calming, carminative, anti-infection, astringent, detoxifyingantiseptic, disinfectantsleep-inducing, and antifungal properties.

Lemon, scientifically called Citrus limon, is a flowering plant that belongs to the Rutaceae family. Lemon plants are grown in many countries all over the world, although they are native to Asia and are believed to have been brought to Europe around 200 A.D. In America, English sailors would use lemons while on the sea to protect themselves from scurvy and conditions caused by bacterial infections.

Lemon oil is extracted from the lemon peels or lemon rinds, and not the inner fruit. The peel is actually the most nutrient-dense portion of the lemon because of its fat-soluble phytonutrients. Lemon essential oil is composed of many natural compounds, including terpenes, sesquiterpenes, aldehydes, alcohols, esters, and sterols. 

The lime oil smells like a freshly cut lemon and is yellowish in color. It has a number of beneficial properties and finds use in several different applications, ranging from personal care products and home cleaning products to furniture polishes. The main chemicals in lemon oil include alpha-pinene, myrcene, alpha-terpinene, Linalool, camphene, limonene, and beta bisabolene. Unlike most other essential oils that are obtained by the process of steam distillation, lemon oil is generally manufactured by the process of cold extraction.

6. Hair Care: Lemon oil is also effective as a hair tonic. Many people use this oil to get strong, healthy, and shiny hair. It is also used to get rid of dandruff.

7. Lemon oil as furniture stain remover: Whether you have a wooden desktop, cabinet, coffee table or chairs, clean and shiny wood furniture looks terrific in a house. Lemon oil helps protect the wood, along with giving it a nice and beautiful look. Lime oil is a great cleaner because it works on unfinished wood furniture as well. Lemon oil can help remove stains on wood furniture, along with preventing cracking of your wood. It also gives your furniture a nice scent. Using lemon oil on high gloss veneers is not recommended. It can, however, be used for cleaning the scuff marks on the floors. Take a small amount of oil on a soft cloth or a sponge and gently rub to remove the marks. Once you have managed to remove the scuff marks with the oil, mop the floors as usual.

How to Remove stains or clean your precious furniture: Dust off the furniture with a feather duster. You can also use a vacuum with an attachment if you want. If you're trying to clean a wooden desk or a cabinet that's been down in your basement for a while, you'll probably need a vacuum, especially if it's covered in cobwebs. Then, Apply 1 tbsp. of lemon oil to a dry rag. Don't use too much oil. Wipe the entire furniture until it gives you that nice and shiny look. If you have any watermark stains on your wood furniture, sprinkle some baking soda and a little salt on the stain. Take an old toothbrush, dip it into warm water and brush out the stain. Wipe over the area with lemon oil. Use actual toothpaste as well to remove stains. Put a little toothpaste on the stain, then brush it with the toothbrush. Apply the lemon oil afterward.

8. Lime oil for Oven and Chimney Cleaning: Add a few drops of Lemon essential oil to 2 tbsp of baking soda and a little water to make a paste. This homemade cleaner works great for ovens, kitchen chimneys, and many other household articles.
